Please fill out and submit the official Torrey Pines Reservation Request FORM Below.  Your Form will be processed and an CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT will be emailed in receipt. This Credit Card Authorization must be signed, faxed (760)633-3525,  received and on file to secure and confirm your Torrey Pines Golf Course or San Diego Golf Reservation 8 days in advance when tee times are released to the public. Advance Reservations are available inside of 90 days  Fill out this FORM to request availabilities. Advanced Reservation cost $15 additional per player.  When the Reservation is matched with your request, the T-Time will automatically be booked according to your date, time and number of players. A Confirmation Document will be emailed upon securing the Reservation
