To qualify for the City of San Diego resident rate for  green fees you must have a Resident Golf I.D. Card (issued by the City), check-in with a picture I.D. and your tee time has to have been made with the player's assigned Computerized Reservation Number.

If your tee time has been made using a telephone number, you must pay the non-resident green fee regardless of residency.
